Genel Nitelikler

As Seven Foods, we are only specialized in IQF semi oven-dried and sun-dried tomatoes since 2007.

- To follow up order process, all order details, production, purchase and shipment processes of orders, -
- To follow up customers on daily basis for requests, complaints, orders, shipments, payments, service matters, samples.
- To prepare all export documents and send them to the relevant parties such as customs brokers, forwarders, customers
- Proceeding and developing relations with ongoing and new customers and to reply their questions and document requests
- Organizing fair participation, booth, samples and applying for incentives -
- Performing freight invoice verification and freight cost control and to check relevant supply invoices
- Data entry regarding export operation and stock control -
- Managing label approval process for shipments.

QUALIFICATİONS

- Graduated from a related department in a reputable university
- Proficiency of the English language (in writing and verbally) is a must
- Able to work at busy schedule
- Result oriented, self-drive, Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Male candidates should have completed their military service is a must
- Class B Licence Owner (Able to drive actively)
- At least 2-3 years experience in export department is a must
- Able to travel abroad
